FEATURE REQUEST: type-to-select in file directories

Possibly already suggested but a feature like that seen in Mac OS Finder for all media/file directory windows.

This would be particularly helpful when relinking media - being able to just start typing to quickly locate the folder or file in the list instead of scrolling back and forth until the correct folder is found.
