Feedback - Basic QoL Improvements that I would love to see

Can we please get a default option on sorting media? Currently the default sort is by framerate in my project window and there is not way to change that. I'm so tired of having to change it manually for every single project. It seems like something that would be really simple to implement. And the default sort set in bin view is user order. Both of these default sorting options dont help my workflow and are just annoying to change all the time.

Second thing is a proper import button for LUTs in lumetri. Its 2025, I should not have to go find an obscure folder directory in order to import my LUTs. Please just implement a button where we can import luts in Premiere simply and quickly.

Thirdly - Please allow us to save our keyboard shortcuts and settings in the cloud. This used to be a feature but is removed from what I can understand. This is such a key feature, I reinstall premiere at least 2 times a year and it would be a major help.

Another thing that is more of a bug I would like to report. Were still having a lot of issues when exporting h.265 footage from DJI drones. Often in an exported video the drone shots will appear as a frozen still. This issue is fixed if I clear all my cache and export again. But i remember this was an issue in 2018, Its a bit ridiculous that we're still seeing this issue. Many forum posts offer home made fixes and show that many people are having this issue in their exports.

All quality of life improvements that I would consider easy/essential/appreciated. If any of these options do exist and I am unaware please let me know.

@Nelson1234 we actually do read all the user requests that come here. Internally, we have a Slack channel that they get piped into and there's often a lively discussion about ideas.

The reason we ask you to post a separate thread for each idea is so that other people can vote on an idea and we can get a sense of how important it is for our customers. It's only one data source but it can be useful. It also make it possible for us to merge duplicate ideas in to a single thread.

Regards,

Fergus

thanks I'm gonna go take the extra 30 minutes to do that now. Totally makes sense that's how adobe would like their feedback handled, matches their messy vibe. They probably stop reading after the first paragraph as a company policy.

Each request has to be written in its own thread.

Bugs also need to be posted separately in order to get help.
