Finding the transcribed text backwards?

Is there a keyboard shortcut I can enable if I want to scrub my clip in a sequence and hit a shortcut that will pull up the transcript window at the playhead? Or do I always have to find the text first that will reveal the playhead at the timecode in the sequence? 

I'm finding it very cumbersome when I'm scrubbing to pull up the text window and the transcribe tab and then needing to manually find the text for the audio I want to "text editing".

Also I noticed that if I search for a word in the transcribe search bar that I have to scroll down to find where it located the transcribed text from audio...couldn't the window just snap to the results when I search for the specific word?
