"Fit and Center Up to 100%" in Program Window

In the Premiere Pro Program Window, I would suggest a sizing option to include "Fit and Center at 100%" in addition to the other options ("Fit," "100%", "50%" etc.).

I prefer viewing my sequences in the Program monitor at 100%, and I tend to zoom in or resize my windows for various reasons, and when going back to my 100% view, find I have to "fit" first, then size at "100%" to get back to my preference of the 100% image centered in the Preview window.  AfterEffects has a similar option ("Fit Up to 100%").
