Fit to fill vertical - timeline resize function

Afte many years staring at timelines in Premiere Pro, it has occurred to me why am I looking at so much dead space above and below the active tracks. It would be great to have a "fit to fill vertical" button that simply filled this space, either increasing or reducing clips as necessary  (with maybe a small gap above and below). 

Would seem to be a fairly simple thing to implement.
