Fix "Media Pending"

Hello Adobe TeaM! Right now I am working on movie using Adobe Production panel.
And Everytime “Media Pending” is appearing. And This a little bit annoying. I have no adjustment layer, no any layers, only multicam media on timeline, but everytime Media Pending.

Will be great create feature like "Avid MediaFiles” or something like this, where media will stay and Adobe will scan this folder
