Fix reverb

Why does reverb only trail off for the length of a clip? Because that's not how reverb actually works anywa y - like you can't have a reverb that sounds natural if it abruptly stops at the same time as the audio source.  It's bad enough that this is how it works when applied to a track, but it does the same thing when you send to a submix, so essentially the only way to mix audio in Premiere Pro is to use riduclous workarounds.

Nothing else does this.  Please make reverb workable.
