flip vertical / horizontal in project panel

it will be very useful if you can let us rotate the video material in project pannel from horizontal to vertical 
as ther is a lot of rcorded video is been catched in vertical model using l shape gimble and its been shown in premiere in horizontal and we cant rotatet it to see it the project pannel
