Growing file support ProRes AVFoundation

Can Growing File support be implemented for ProRes AVF files. It seems to be working in AVID, FCP and RESOLVE, but the files do not dynamically grow in Premiere, they only update once the ingest is finished and the file closed.

We are using ToolsOnAir Just:in to create our growing files.

Currently using AVCi100 MXF, but experiencing a lot of Premiere crashes across Windows and Apple platforms, especially when hovering around the end of the clip as it refreshes.
