I mean every time when I make a new sequence the guide line still keep coming but I don’t want have a guide line for new sequence.

Feel free to use a few more words and/or supply a screenshot pointing out the problem. Are your sequences all the same size, like HD 1080p, etc.

Perhaps you need to reset your preferences? Hold shift as you start PP from the desktop icon. It may look like your guides are different, if you have different size sequences. But Show Rulers also, and you'll see the numbers are consistent.
