H264 exports and AE dynamic link

I'm getting repeated failure of exports if there is an AE dynamic link in the timeilne (all ProRes LT media) and the export format is H264. Error message identifies time point in timeline w Dynamic Link footage. Seems to be new in V23.

    Update: it's not restricted to H264 exports, but it does seem to be related to having subtitles burn in on export - export with subtitles burn in fails when it arrives at AE dynamic link with subtitles.
