Have a nested sequence as output from a function

Hi, if anyone could point me in the right direction, i´d appreciate

I come from a programming background and i´m trying to emulate a function inside premiere that could save tons of time:

I´m doing videos for my hobby and I have this major sequence receives from time to time video and image elements while the narrator is explaning stuff. For example, the narrator talks about a dog, a dog gif or video slides into the screen with a 'whooshing' sound.

Thinking about [INPUT > DO SOMETHING > OUTPUT] logic:

For the INPUT, i have a visual aid (img, gif or video) and an mp3 for soundeffect;

For the OUTPUT, I´d like to have a nested sequence with:
- visual sequence (can be a jpg, gif or video) with specific timing
- soundeffect on a specific place
- a slide transition to come in (with specific duration)
- a fade transition to go off screen (with specific duration)

Is there a way tou make this ' Input>Output builder' with premiere?

I can manually resolve this issue, but it is really time consuming doing one element at a time

Thanks in advance,any other alternatives are welcome as well!
