How can I remove the audio or video part of a linked clip with a single hotkey?

For example, I select the clip, press, say, "Alt + A" and the audio of the linked clip is deleted

There is no single keyboard shortcut for that.

Will it even be considered? Were there the cases when some features were added after making such requests?

Adobe is very much driven by customer input.  If your request is the only one for that feature, you may not see it.  If it is or becomes a popular request, it is likely to happen!
