How do I change the appearence of the UI text in Premiere Pro?

Hi, I am using Premier Pro 25. Windows. I need to change the UI text color. I need help. The video am working on has a blue sky, and the anchor point is also blue... I am at a loss. I want some contrasting colors 😂

    Please look under Edit/Preferences on Windows or Premiere Pro/Settings (or Preferences) on Mac. It's under Appearance.
