How to create a shortcut for my presets that I have created in Premiere Pro

Hello everyone,

I have an idea but I am not quite sure how to implement it. I created some audio and visual presets in premiere and I have to use them daily at work. To apply the specific presets, I have to select the presets and drag them on to the video clip. I am wondering if there is another faster way that I could apply the presets (visual and audio presets) , maybe with a keyboard shorcut. Thanks in advance for your suggestions!

If you are willing to pay for a third party solution, Excalibur has been one of my best purchases for your exact issue. It does have some limitations due to the Premiere API but for the most part, I can apply presets, use macros and so much more thanks to Excalibur.

Moved to Idea board as there are no (custom) shortcuts for effect presets.

There is a keyboard shortcut you  can find and set to apply the 'default' transition. You can right-click a transition to set it as 'default'. Then the shortcut will apply that transition.
