Image PSD proxies workflow

Hello,

Working in Animation here. Roughly 1000 panels/jpeg in an ep coming from storyboard pro. It would be great if Premiere could create proxies from PSDS to jpegs, so we can have access to the psds if needed but would work with the lower res prints (jpeg) for most of the work.
