Improved AI driven Relink workspace

Relinking is now maybe the most hateful task with Adobe Premiere Pro. The system is incredibly slow and clumpsy when detecting and relinking files. It should be able to make suggestions, detect patterns in folder structure similarities, etc. since many projects without assitant editors, and inherited hells from unproffesional editors do happen. Names with slight changes, or different formats, should be taken into account. The same for Proxies. 

Also, I was wondering if it would be possible to have a safe environment to organize the HD keeping the linking with the project safe. I know this is not ideal but this kind of situations also happen: you want to reorganize your drive but you have the double task to relink in Pr.
