Independent Audio/Video Label Display and Positioning

In the timeline, clip labels (color bars and names) are currently shared between audio and video, with limited control over how they are displayed.

In many workflows, especially interviews, the visual label is useful on video clips, but adds clutter on audio clips where the waveform is the primary focus.

Requested improvements:

• Ability to independently toggle label visibility for audio and video clips
• Ability to reposition labels (top or bottom of clip)
• Option to customize label display behavior based on track type or user preference
• Ability to have waveforms draw above the labels when the track height allows?

This would allow cleaner timelines, better waveform visibility, and more control over how information is presented while editing.
