Independent Panel Themes & Appearance Customization

The feature would allow editors to assign different light or dark themes to individual panels—such as a light Transcript panel alongside a dark Timeline and Program Monitor—without changing existing label color defaults. 

Essentially the “label default colors” for the label preferences are already built into premiere. would it be feasible to port those over to this settings tab to enable this feature?
