Is there an Auto Horizon-line straightening tool in Premiere Pro?

Not sure if with the new update there is a way but, is there a tool or setting to auto-straighten the horizon line for a clip in Premiere Pro? 

I know the new Auto Re-frame Sequence setting is pretty awesome, seems like adobe could program ai to recognise the horizon line and keep it level the whole clip.
