Is there any chance we can get setting syncing back?

It is my understanding that we used to be able to sync our preferences in premiere pro to the cloud. I’m not sure why this feature was removed. I reformat my work computers once a year and re-setting all the preferences in premiere is annoying. I keep a file around for keyboard shortcuts, but as far as I can tell there's no settings file for preferences. 

Even free apps have the ability to sync preferences - its an industry standard now and a basic necessity. Wouldn't you agree? Lets modernize how this works so we don't have to keep settings files around like its 2005

How much cloud space would it take per person to sync our preferences? 5 KB? Is it alright if we take up 5KB to sync some settings?
