Join Through Edits should warn if clips have diffrent attributes

When using "Join Through Edit" or even the "Join All Through Edits"-Shortcut Premiere should warn when the clips have diffrent attributes. 

I often cuts music-clips and edits the clip-volume (instead of using keyframes) when e.g. voice over appears.

When using the "Join Through Edit"-command Premiere will set all attributes as used in the first clip.

May a dialog-box "Join Through Edit will delete clip attributes" is helpful when the clips have diffrent attributes and will be erased by using "Join Through Edit"-Command.
