Keyboard modifier to temporarily disable Pin to Clip in Effect Controls window

As an alternative to having to disable Pin to Clip to be able to zoom out on a clip in the Effect Controls window past its cut points, it would be handy to be able to do this simply by holding down the Ctrl/Cmd key while draging out one of the zoom bar circles.  To make this new feature even more helpful, as soon as either zoom bar circles is dragged back such that only the visible portion of the clip appears in the Timeline View,  Pin to Clip would automatically reengage.
