Keyboard shortcut for "Add new caption FROM CLIPBOARD at playhead"

I caption a lot of video that I have the script for, so its just a matter of timing the text. Due to the way you have to activate the textbox in the Captions panel, you can't paste straight away after creating a new "caption clip" with the current shortcut (I have it mapped to Shift+C).

It would be very usefull if you could add a caption with the text on the clipboard already prefilled.
