Keyboard shortcut for individual effects and custom presets

It is high time that we had this feature where we could assign keyboard shortcuts to specific effects and custom presets. It is a feature in other editing software, but PP doesn't. This feature is now a must-have with the advent of Logitech's MX creative Console. Also, it is a huge time saver! 
PLEASE include this in the earliest update
