keyboard shortcut option for user define presets

if premiere can give us a specific column in keyboard shortcut for user define presets, then it will make the whole software more efficient than any other editing software. and we won't need any 3rd party plugins like excalibur anymore. please add this feature as soon as you can

meaning we should be able to add keyboard shortcuts for user-made presets.
just like we can add shortcuts for effects by using the 3rd party plugin
like excalibur.
