Keyboard shortcuts window does not fit "13 screen

My Keyboard Shortcut window doesn’t fit the screen. So many versions later, I still have to repeatedly hide the Dock to press the OK button. It's a small problem, I know. But, after all these versions, isn't it possible to optimize the window layout a bit to fit 13-inch MacBook screens? Below, I’m attaching a screenshot with a suggestion for optimization.
