LEGACY export and new project options needed, the new dialogues is horrible

Look, every time someone posts this that gets traction you remove the title or change it to something else by merging it with another unrelated suggestion.  Please don;t do that here. 

PLEASE, change the export dialogue, the new project dialogue and stop creating more steps to do things.   I want the old create new project dialogue that was fast and simple.   I want the old ctrl+m dialogue that loaded quickly and sent the export to media encoder.  I want my export folder to default to somewhere in the project and not a static folder like someone lazy coded the app and added a single static export location.

You have litterally taken a product that was pretty good and made it 10 times harder and more frustrating to use.   Can we please have LEGACY options here to get back to original workflows that worked better pre-2021.  Thank you!
