Legenda ativa ao exportar

Na correria do dia a dia, na hora de exportar um video, que está com tudo pronto, escolho as configurações de vídeo e renderizo. Mas depois percebo que o vídeo exportou sem a lengenda. Isso é extremamente irritante, sobretudo se o vídeo é grande e demora para ser renderizado. Isso tudo, porque a legenda não está ativa na aba de exportação. Mas não faz o menor sentido ela estar desativada, uma vez que a legenda foi criada no projeto e está ativa na timeline. É contra intuitivo. Acho que poderia estar desativada na aba de exportação apenas se na timeline a legenda está desativada ou inexistente, caso o contrário, everia estar por padrão ATIVADO. Eu já cheguei a fazer uma postagem e só perceber depois que estava sem legenda.

Note that when I update, I reset preferences, cache, and plugin cache. So I get a true “default” state for most things. For example, I wonder what the default setting is for various export formats and captions.

I tested on Win11 PR 26.0.1.

I created a simple sequence, transcribed the source clip, and created captions. I used Ctrl+M to export, and the format is H.264/mp4, using the built-in Preset “High Quality 1080p HD.” The caption setting is not expanded, but I see from the indicator that it is enabled. When I click the drop-down arrow, it is set to burn-in with the C1 track (the only one in the sequence).

When you open the export settings, what Format do you see? What preset? Do you see Custom in the Preset?

What version of PR? I am updating, so can’t test at the moment.

What export format are you using?

If you enable captions, and I assume you are burning in, it works correctly?

I agree that if there is a captions track and it is enabled in the sequence, it should be enabled by default in the export settings.

If you enable captions in the export and then save that setting as a preset, does it work by default?

Então, a legenda está funcionando corretamente. Está tudo correto. Meu único problema é que, ao selecionar para exportar (renderizar) vc vai para as configurações de exportação. Nesse momento, o switch está como desativado, mesmo contendo uma legenda ativa no projeto. Esse é meu desconforto, porque normalmente eu me esqueço de simplesmente ativar esse switch (Botão de ativado / desativado). EU geralmente exporto o vídeo e quando vejo, está sem legenda. Isso é muito irritante, porque é contra intuitivo (Não faz sentido estar desativado uma vez que há uma legenda ativa na timeline). Estou escrevendo em português, então, estou tentando escrever de um jeito que a tradução seja boa para você.
