Link PC folders to project file bin

I think it would be awesome to be able to link a folder to your files in premiere, for instance, i usually have the same media files in the folder in my pc as I do in my file bin, it would be nice if when I add something like a graphic to my "assets" folder in the project folder on my desktop, and automaticly in Premiere that graphic is already in a linked asset bin in my project, that way i dont have to sort it on my desktop, then go back and impot it into premiere, would be a big time saver!
