"List tool" for turnovers in Premiere

Let's' face it. Turnovers in Premiere aren't great. It's time we fix this.

Please introduce a new "List tool" like there is in Avid that allows for exporting multiple kinds of EDLs not just the basic CMX 3600. There are lot of other places that use different formats. In addition, it would be very useful to have for Change Lists. This has been something that 3rd party software has tried and failed to make work well in Premiere. It needs to be native.

Lacking features like this are reasons why Premiere fails so hard at grabbing the narrative TV and film world. It makes it impossible to work with other vendors on bigger budget projects if you have few interchange formats to communicate with them. This needs to be added!
