Lock feature for workspace

Please bring back the lock feature in workspace
I know we can reset to saved layout but it’s better to prevent accidental panel movements in the first place.
I often move the workspace by accident which is quite annoying, and I remember having a lock feature long time ago so it must be too much trouble to bring it back. I don’t know why they removed it in the first place.

I’ve been using this well over a decade, since CS6, and I’ve never known of a workspace lock option.

I’ve got nine custom workspaces, all named and with a number at the beginning of the name so I can call ‘em by keyboard shortcut ... so everything I’ve done for all this time in Premiere is in a custom workspace.

And yea, sometimes a Project will jump back to the lower left quadrant panel group of the main Premiere window, which is annoying IN THE EXTREME after all these years, but ... I just drag it back to where it’s supposed to be in my layout.

And will complain to the devs about this again at NAB in April.
