Loudness meter integrated in audio tool

Wouldn't it be nice if it would be possible to watch realtime loudness measuring in the audio tool? 

Is it possible to integrate the loudness meter in the audio tool? At that point the loudness meter would be dockable, and always open. That would be a huge improvement. The technology is already in Premiere, but it is to 'far away' to be really usefull.
