Lumetri Color Improvement, and Linked Effects: Simple and Profound Features Request

Please listen to community requests/ I am on the verge of leaving Adobe after being quite loyal for many years. These are two requests I have had for the last few years using Premiere consistently.

FEATURE REQUEST

Lumetri Color, make it more like Camera Raw filter from photoshop/lightroom. Heck if that was a program itself I would use it so much more. Premiere Lumetri Color is so weak. Please have your departments work with each other, it seems like all of Adobe's programs with similar functionality are scripted differently, how absurd! Ex: Photoshop is terribly slow rendering text while illustrator is blazing fast, After effects warp stabilizer stinks while Premiere is actually quite better. This is tested on multiple different operating systems.

Linked/Synced Presets/FX/Adjustment Layers

Have it so if you have a certain color grade or effect applied on multiple clips and you need to change something, have it so where you change the Effect and it will change all the clips that it has linked to.

VERY EASY TO DO. You can create an easy link/unlink effect button. 

BUG:

Nested and Render and Replace doesnt work,

just want to render out a clip with warp stabilizer applied... nope. Have to manually export it the long way.
