LUT Organization

I think it would be awesome to have a better structure for LUTs. I wish it were more organized with the option of having folders. Lightroom has something similar to where you can have folders holding presets, but when I want to use a LUT in Premiere Pro, I have to pick through the long list I have aquired, or go through the browse option and go through those folders one by one. I would like to have that organization that I use in Finder (osx) within Lumetri. I've loved some of the additions to cc2019 and think this could be a nice feature as well.

LUT management is very challenging within Premiere. Many users try to simply place the LUTs inside the folder rather than import them via Pr which leads to instability.

Recently I reopened a job (that was finished 2 years ago) in order to create language versions and the LUTs were not in the same order as the new version of Premiere. The wrong LUT was being used in the new Pr version. I believe it is something to do with the numbering order of the LUTs (just a guess).

What we need is a reliable LUT management solution which would be driven via the CC Assets Panel. That way, by having the management handled external to Premiere, we can rely on the file structure over time and new releases of Premiere.

This is easy to solve.

If the LUT doesn't come with PP, always use Browse.

I have LUTS that I have bought and some that I have made. But I would like a way of organising them either in terms of colour/tone or even in it simplest form Rec709, HDR or Log Grades. So that i don't have 6 versions of a LUT for different cameras. I find resolves folders ace for this and I can scroll through luts to give me a great starting point - but Pr has an unorganised massive list. even if its a folder dropdown within the list that stays open and closes the rest

Add the ability to support the display of folders with the contents of LUTs in them. When adding LUTs to the Premiere product directory, there is no structure in the program itself in the Technical and Creative tabs and the LUTs are scattered in a mix with the standard ones and there is no way to track a specific LUT in an unordered structure.
