Make available a rating of REJECTED (-1) in the Rating column in the project view.

I cannot find a way to flag a clip as REJECTED the same way you would in Bridge. It's nice that we have 1 to 5 stars and also nice that those stars are carried over to Bridge. But I cannot find a shortcut or menu item or icon to flag a clip as rejected or as -1 stars. An idea would be to add the crossed circle icon next to the 1st star, like in Bridge.

The reason I want it is so that when I complete the project, I can go back to bridge and easily erase the unused video files.
