Make interface faster!!!

Hi guys! I would like to know if someone knows a plugin or whatever to make the interface works faster...

The programs works perfect but for example when I do, nest sequence it takes around half second or a second to pop up the menu to rename if you want and click enter, it happens also to some menus that has to pop up.

I wish there is trick or whatever to make it faster.
