make "New Bin from Selection" stay in the same folder/bin

I use "New Bin from Selection" all the time. I usually want the new bin to stay inside the bin I'm working in. It usually does, but sometimes it goes to the root level of the project and I have to move it. It seems to happen when I select a Bin and say "New Bin from Selection".

Example: In my "02 FOOTAGE" folder, I have a bin, "A CAM". I want to put it into a new bin called "240120", but keep the new bin within the 02 FOOTAGE folder. When I make the new bin, it goes to the root level of the project.

Please make the default behavior for it to stay in the bin I'm working in. 

I suppose a workaround is to make a New Bin, then move the bin into the new bin.
