Make subclips from a multicam source sequence

On a project where I have recorded interviews with one camera, my workflow is to go through the footage and make subclips for each topic or comment from the subject. From there, I can build a sequence from the subclips.

I'm now working on a project where the interviews were shot from two camera angles. I would like to be able sync the cameras in a multicam sourcfe sequence and then make subclips from that, then build the sequence and choose camera angle as needed once the subclips are in the final sequence.

I'm open to other workflow ideas. As of now, I'll probably be placing and labeling markers in the multicam source sequence. Then use the markers as the indication of the begining of and ending of the segement I want to use.
