Make Vietnamese a supported transcription/caption language in Premier Pro

I hope that besides Photoshop, other Adobe applications can support Vietnamese so that the Vietnamese community can use them easily.

The number of adobe users in Vietnam is very large, I hope adobe will soon support Vietnamese transcripts in adobe premiere (many popular film editing software have also supported Vietnamese for a long time). I also trust it, but adobe premier has more limitations than some other amateur software, most notably I hope adobe learns from other software, about tabs, when I select music under the timeline, the music customization tab appears on top, select transition, the customization tab appears on top, select color, the color customization tab appears on top, but in PR I have to look for the tab, sometimes it is hidden under another tab. For example, capcut, finalcut, danvanci, canva... use very little computer system resources, load and render files very quickly, the amount, many beautiful effects, simple operations
