Metadata & Timecode Burn-in: Add "Sequence Name" and freeform text as Metadata options

I'd like to have the name of the sequence burned in with my timecode/metadata burn in, as well as the ability to add freeform text as one of the Lines, without having to use separate instances of a Text clips in order to burn in this metadata.

      Oooh, this is a good idea. Honestly I thought we had Sequence Name in there, but you're right we don't. I'll make sure this gets logged for the team, thanks!

        This still doesn’t seem to be implemented, and it is a really good (and simple!) idea. Any updates or workarounds?

        A workaround is at export, going to EFFECTS → Text Overlay and setting it to “Source File Name”. But this is inelegant and requires a extra steps. Creating a preset could help… but still Adobe should make this sensible request an actual feature. It would truly help with version control and quality assurance for my team.
