More alignment functionality

I love using the alignemnt tools in other adobe programs. I think there should be more align to selecton, key object and canvas in premier. Only being able to align graphics from within properties>graphic is super annoying when i want to keep my layers on separate tracks but keep them aligned or align a photo to text for example.
