more custimization for removing silences

please make more custimization in deleting silences like, "padding" so you say this is the where you speak for 0.7 seconds but you dont want to sound like your voice was chopped on the millisecond so you do "before padding" so you say it should get 0.1 seconds (of silence) in and then speak and after padding the same thing just the other way, so you speak and make after padding for example 0.2s so it makes a pause for 0.2 seconds till it goes to the next cut. 3rd party apps like timebolt or autocut.fr do that perfectly but they cost alot. with this we can save minutes if not HOURS of work. also an option called "filler words remover" would be also good like "uhm" or something like that.
