More easy conversion from vbr to cbr.

The iPhone records videos using VBR. Adobe Premiere prefers CBR. The conversion process should be easier. This applies to Adobe Premiere on both the iPhone and the PC.

Oh. Sorry. I did a mistake. I meant VFR to CFR. But AI told me, i should do some changes in the preferences on the iphone. That would solve my problem. Please, excuse me.

I have an Android phone (and I don’t record video with my phone) but other messages I have read say to change the iphone settings to ‘most compatible’ (since I don’t have an iphone I can’t verify this)
