Mouse Wheel as a Jog

Hi,

I would like use the mouse wheel to scroll frame by frame in Timeline Panel as Program and Sorgent Panel.

The Scroll wheel does frame by frame in the Source monitor, and Program monitor which automatically scroll the playhead in the timeline.
