Move Crop Controls Out of Motion Group in Effects Controls panel

Oh wait, I see, perhaps its best to use the crop effect versus the native crop tools when combining effects and this nullifies my request.

Hey Neil, Thanks for your question. I appreciate all your posts and solutions. I am forever in pursuit of efficiency and smooth workflow. If I am only cropping something, in the Effects Controls panel I have to look at paramaters taking up more than half the effects control panel that are irrelevant to my current task. For me, this is the same reason we use differnet workspaces. I wish to not present myself with data and parameters that are currently not being adjusted thereby reserving my cognative interactions for relevance. So, if this saves me a nanosecond, then my proficiency has increased for the day. This is the "logic" behind this request. Thank you.

Just curious ... why? What's the use case?
