Moving Transform Anchor Point and Position at same time

It would be helpful to be able to move the Anchor Point on the Transform effect in the Program Monitor like with the regular Motion Properties Anchor Point without having to match up the Position and Anchor Point Values manually every time.

I'm not sure what the point is in moving the Transform Anchor Point in Program only to have the entire clip move out of place in the frame.
