My CPU does not support AVX2 instructions, so I cannot install the latest Premiere Pro via CC App. I have an active subscription, i need Premiere Pro CC 2022 offline installer, how can i download it?

      2022 is no longer available anywhere.

      Only option you have is to upgrade your computer.
