Neck Smoothing

Everybody has face smoothing but nobody has NECK smoothing which is badly needed for people over 40.  The first app to have this will be hugely successful. It's not even that hard to program- use face recognition but NOT smooth the face, only the area UNDER the face. Its shouldn't be that hard to create such a feature.
