Need a way to read & set label colours for trackItems in PPro scripts

it would be *super useful* to be able to read and change label colours for clips on a timeline. I'm trying to create a panel which would give you stats on the active timeline such as how much screen time each clip label has (useful for editing documentary content where you want to balance out running time for each contrib), highlight any clips that match a filter (eg, that have "_PREVIEW" in their file name), etc. This is currently impossible though without access to that property.
